One of the beauties of GoogleDocs is that everyone can work on the document at the same time!
And, it is super simple to create: you just need to create a Google account(same as for Gmail, IGoogle, and Blogger), and open the kind of document you want to create. The look and feel then are just like Microsoft Office. The link for creating a Google account or for logging into Google is here.
The easiest way to open access is under "Share", "Share with the world." We'll look at this together.
